The lack of successful therapy, genetic heterogeneity, and the increasing incidence make autism one of the most challenging neurodevelopmental disorders. . Researchers have found abnormal levels of peptides in bodily fluids of some children who have symptoms of autism. Children with autism, according to the theory, process peptides & proteins in foods containing casein differently than other people do. Modifying the diet autistic children sets the stage for the success of other treatments, and therefore should come first. The primary goal of this work is to show whether or not targeted nutritional intervention designed to provide deficient nutrients and casein free milk would be an efficient approach to improve overall health status of children with autism. Core elements: milk with its beneficial constituent’s casein free. It was implemented for six months for 50 autistic children. Assessment and analyses were done for them before and after the feeding program. Outcomes: The results showed that the dairy beverage led to improved autism scale in childhood (CARS) by 93%. In addition to improve children concentration by 75% and communicate to speak in 42 %, social networking in 21.4% and deep sleep in 7.14%. Also the beverage reduced children hyperactivity by 25%. In conclusion, accepted patent, suspected profit is very high as the start fund in comparison to the selling price is huge. The potential market will be children with autism, allergy, and chronic diseases in addition to old age.
