هو جهاز بسيط يستخدم الطاقة الشمسية لطهي الطعام بطريقة نظيفة وصديقة للبيئة. يتكوّن عادةً من صندوق معزول حرارياً ذو غطاء زجاجي شفاف يسمح بدخول أشعة الشمس إلى الداخل. يوضع داخل الصندوق وعاء الطهي بينما تعمل الجدران الداخلية العاكسة على تركيز أشعة الشمس داخل الصندوق لرفع درجة الحرارة. يمكن أن تصل درجة الحرارة داخل الطباخ إلى نحو 100 – 150 درجة مئوية، مما يجعله مناسباً لطهي الأطعمة ببطء ودون الحاجة إلى وقود أو كهرباء.

It is a simple device that uses solar energy to cook food in a clean and eco-friendly way. It typically consists of an insulated box with a transparent glass cover that allows sunlight to enter and trap heat inside. A cooking pot is placed inside the box, while reflective inner surfaces concentrate sunlight to increase the temperature. The temperature inside the cooker can reach around 100–150 °C, making it suitable for cooking food slowly without the need for fuel or electricity.
