يتعلق الاختراع بتركيبة من حلوي الجيلي خالية من السكر وتحتوي علي مواد فعالة من سلالة حية من بكتيريا البروبيوتيك النافعه (Lactobacillus rhammnosus) بنسبة 2% مع مستحلب النانو من مستخلص بذور العنب بنسبة (3%) بالإضافة الي التركيبة الأساسية لقاعدة حلوي الجيلي ، حيث أدت هذه المواد الفعالة الي تثبيط البكتيريا الممرضه ،Streptococcus mutans دون التاثير علي البكتيريا المتعايشة Actinomyces sp. وبالتالي تحول دون حدوث تسوس للاسنان السليمة ،كما ساعد مستحلب النانو علي إعادة المعادن المفقودة تحت سطج مينا الاسنان.

The present invention relates to a sugar-free jelly candy formulation containing active substances from a live strain of beneficial probiotic bacteria (Lactobacillus rhammnosus) in a the ratio of 2% with a nano-emulsion from grape seed extract in the ratio (3%) in addition to the basic composition of the base of the jelly candy, these active substances inhibit The pathogen, Streptococcus mutans, without affecting the symbiotic bacteria Actinomyces sp. Thus, preventing the occurrence of caries in healthy teeth, and the nanoemulsion also helped to restore the lost minerals beneath the surface of the tooth enamel.
