يتعلق الأختراع الحالى بتصميم نظام متكامل لعمليات الادمصاص التكرارى بالطينات المعالجة والترشيح الغشائى والفائق لفصل المبيدات والمواد العضوية الخطرة من السوائل . و يتم ذلك من خلال استخدام نظام ادمصاص يتكون من ثلاث اعمدة يحتوى الأول على البنتونايت او الكاولين و يحتوى الثانى على الكاولين المنشط حراريا و يحتوى العمود الثالث على طينات معالجة بمعامل كاتيونى (cationic agent) وتوجه السوائل المعالجةالى وحدة ترشيح غشائى ثم الى وحدة ترشيح فائق وتوجه ركائز الترشيح الغشائى الى اعمدة الأدمصاص كذلك توجه الطينات المستنفذة الى مرشح ضغط ثم التجفيف فى الهواء او فى المجفف ذو الارفف .(Shelf dryer) . ويتم إستخدام هذا النظام للتخلص من المبيدات والمواد الخطرة والملوثات الموجودة بالمياة السطحية ذات الخواص الحرجة وكذلك سوائل الصرف الزراعى وسوائل الصرف الصناعى لصناعة المبيدات المحتوية على بقايا مبيدات والتى يجب التخلص منها للاستخدام الأمن للمياة السطحية واسترجاع سوائل الصرف فى اغراض محددة.

This invention is related to development of an integrated system for consecutive adsorption processes using modified clays, micro filtration and nano filtration membranes for separation of pesticides and hazardous chemicals from solutions. The adsorption system comprising three columns. The first column contains natural bentonite or kaolin while, the second contains thermally activated kaolin. The third column contains cationic bentonite. Liquids treated by adsorption are directed to compact membrane filtration comprising micro filtration and nano filtration. Membrane concentrates are redirected to the adsorption unit. Exhausted clays are transferred to pressure filtration and subsequently, to air drying or appropriate drier such as shelf dryer. This system is used for the treatment of marginal quality surface water, agricultural drainage water and pesticides industry effluents contain pesticides residuals which should be removed for the safe use of surface water and reuse of effluents for selected applications.
