تركيبة محضرة من مستخلص من النباتات الطبية المتوفرة بكثرة فى صحراء جمهورية مصر العربية لمعالجة اقمشة الصوف والفسكوز لمقاومة الميكروبات وذلك من خلال عملية فصل واستخلاص المجموعة الفعالة وأجراء لها توصيف دقيق بالتحليل الكروموتوجرافى و تحليل بالاشعة تحت الحمراء (FTIR ( (لمعرفة ماهية المجموعة الفعالة . ثم تم تطبيق هذا المركب على اقمشة الصوف والفسكوز بالطريقة المثلى للمعالجة تمت دراسة التغيرات في بنية اقمشة الصوف والفسكوز عن طريق المسح بالمجهر الالكترونى وتحليل العناصر بواسطة )تحليل الاشعة السينية (EDAX(و مدى مقاومتها للبكتيريا . أوضحت النتائج زيادة مقاومةالاقمشة المعالجة للميكروبات مقارنة بغير المعالجة وثباتها للغسيل والعرق والاحتكاك بنوعيه جاف ورطب.

A compound prepared from an extract of medicinal plants abundant in the Egyptian desert was developed to treat wool and viscose fabrics for antimicrobial resistance. This was achieved by separating and extracting the active ingredient, followed by precise characterization using chromatography and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) to determine its composition. The compound was then applied to wool and viscose fabrics using the optimal treatment method. Changes in the fabric's structure were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and elemental analysis using EDAX (Electron Deposition X-ray Diffraction) to assess its resistance to bacteria. The results demonstrated increased resistance to microbes in the treated fabrics compared to untreated fabrics, along with improved stability against washing, perspiration, and both dry and wet friction
